Angel's Heart Rose
PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION MACEDONIA
Artistic: As regards to its rose Tatsi found the golden mean between the requisite acidity of the wine and the aromatic explosion which is revealed to its particularly long after-taste.
Variety: Negoska (100%) Vinification:Destemmed, extract for 12 – 18 hours with the grapes. Natural fermentation with wild yeast took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tank. Stabilisation and bottling. Production 7000 kilos per hectare.
Wine characteristics: Rose reflections. In regard to its aromas, it gives you the feeling you have a careful selection of the best citrus flowers. The credentials of Negoska in the area of rose wines are presented in a unique way with this particular wine.
