Roditis White



Artistic: The first impression inside the mouth is sweet and warm. The high acidity is always in harmony with the alcohol, giving nerve and vivacity.


Variety: Roditis 100% . Production 5000 kilos per hectare.


Vinification: Skin-contact for 32 days with the grapes in low temperature. Natural fermentation with wild yeast took place in temperature controlled stainless steel open tank. Without the addition of sulfur from the vinification to the bottling. Aged in oak barrels for twelve months. Bottling without filter.
